Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service or US Postal Service using the shipping method selected at checkout. Orders are normally shipped within one to three business days after receipt of payment. In the event that an order takes longer to ship, you will be notified via email. International shipping is subject to the taxes and duties of the destination country. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to pay all import taxes and customs fees associated with their order.
Changing or Canceling an Order
If you would like to cancel or change an order for any reason, please contact us at service@ladyserenas.us as soon as possible and make sure to include your order number. We cannot change or cancel an order once it has shipped. If your order cannot be cancelled, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange. Shipping and handling are not refundable. Lady Serena's Chainmaille & Leather Works reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the proper authorities.
Returns Policy
Lady Serena's Chainmaille & Leather Works is proud of the handcrafted jewelry and leather items that we make and we want you to be absolutely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, then you may return it in its original condition for a refund or exchange. Returned packages must be postmarked within 14 days of original delivery date. Shipping and handling are not refundable. Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping, handling, and other fees for the return shipment. To initiate a return, please email us at service@ladyserenas.us with the order number and description of the merchandise to return. Place the merchandise you would like to return in its original packaging and send it to:

Box 705 Eveleth, MN 55734We recommend that you purchase insurance for the total value of the returned merchandise and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment arrived at its intended destination. Lady Serena's Chainmaille & Leather Works cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once your return is received, it will be inspected and any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or damaged packages will be returned to sender. Returned merchandise that show signs of wear or have been altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. International orders may not be returned.
Refunds
Approved refunds, less any applicable fees, will be refunded within ten business days of receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will be credited to the same card. Refunds on PayPal purchases will be credited to the original payer's PayPal account. Refunds on purchases made with a check or money order will be paid to the original purchaser with a Lady Serena's Chainmaille & Leather Works company check. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. International orders are not refundable.
